January 22, 1973, the U.S. Supreme Court struck down all laws in every state that in any way had protected the lives of developing unborn children. It legalized abortion in all 50 states, for social and economic reasons.

(We must approach this with great compassion. The woman has been subjected to an ugly evil trauma and she needs love, support and help. She has been the victim of one violent act. Should we now ask her to be a party to a second violent act -that of abortion?)

Thankfully my life was protected and I grew into the woman that I am today. The same Catherine Anne that continues to have a separate body, soul and spirit than my mother.

Not only this, Obama has Refused to protect babies born alive during an attempted abortion. In some cases after attempting an abortion the infant is not successfully killed. If the infant is born alive, the suffering infant is left to die. No medical attention is allowed. The baby can suffer for hours after birth waiting to die.

FOCA will do away with state laws on parental involvement, on partial birth abortion, and on all other protections. ( Children can go in a have an abortion without their parents consent)
FOCA will compel taxpayer funding of abortions. FOCA will force faith-based hospitals and health care facilities to perform abortions. - You do not have the choice in the work place to walk away for the murdering of someones life. Your beliefs do not matter.
