Crunchy Granola

Crunchy Granola Ingredients 1 1/2 cups quick-cook oats1/3 cup cashews, salted or raw1/2 cup raisins1 1/2 cups mix of pepito, sunflower seeds, peanuts1/4 tsp salt1/3 cup brown sugar1/4 tsp nutmeg1 tsp cinnamon Method
1. Heat a heavy skillet over medium-low heat (no oil, no nothing). Add oats, cashews and dry roast them, stirring often. 5-7 minutes or until they start to turn brown.
2. Add sunflower seeds, stirring for about another 10 minutes. Add sea salt and brown sugar and cook, stirring constantly until the sugar has melted. Spritz with water if necessary, to help the sugar dissolve.
3. Reduce heat adding the nutmeg and cinnamon. Cook for 1 minute longer then remove from heat. Last add raisins to mixture.
Add to a cookie sheet to cool...
ENJOY!
