Mid morning Allen came in with this turtle! We all had the best time inspecting him. Little Man had been in hopes of Dad carrying home a pig from work. All he has talked about is adding a pig to our little homestead. After finding out someone from work had a pig for sale he really has not let it rest. With this being said we named the turtle, pig!!! There is much more to this story and will share with you tomorrow~ Hope you all have a blessed day!

awwhhh...what a cute little guy! ...(or girl?!?) It reminds me of my childhood days and our hometown 'Turtle Races' held annually each summer. Still taking place to this day!! So much fun for the kids...though most of the turtles are quite a bit larger than the little baby you have there! :)
