What do you think about our new wall and fireplace? We love it! I can not wait to hang stockings on December 6th for the feast day of St.Nicholas. They will look so nice next to our tree. The fireplace came from a moving sale down the road. Allen added sheet rock to cover three windows I have always been unfond of. As I have stated here before, materialism is not that important to us. Still, I'm grateful for this cozy place we will build family memories around.

Ooh, I like it!! How fun it will be to hang your stockings up! That is something I really missed in our old house, and now that we have moved, I can't wait to get all 7 of our stockings hung on our new mantle!
Yours looks great, how exciting!
It looks great! Advent is such a joyous time of decoration and preparation - I bet the stockings will look great!

Oh it's so warm and pretty! We have red walls in our house (not our choice) and we do love them.
Thanks for visiting my blog! This is my first time seeing yours and there is so much to look at! I love your kid quotes on the sidebar. I had to laugh because my 2yo also says "sorsy" (sorry) Don't you love it! Good to "meet" you, Catherine!

I love it, it looks very cute! My mantle and space above the fireplace has been in transition for a few weeks now. I need to get going so it is ready for December!
