Valentines Day crafts in the works~

Valentines day is always a fun craft time for me. The color red, homemade flowers and  those adorable construction paper  hearts! I love it all. This year we have made the crafts you see here. Coffee filter flowers, a coffee filter wreath, butterflies, OXOX sticks and cards.  What about you, do you share this love? If so what have you been up to? Thanking the Lord for LOVE~

We love to bake closer to Valentine's day. I'm already taking inventory of my heart-shaped muffin pans, cake pans, and cookie cutters. :-)
St. Valentine, patron of happy marriages, pray for us!

Wow! You are really on top of the upcoming holiday. I think I am still recuperating from Christmas. I haven't even started thinking valentines yet, until now that is! :)

Those are really cute! I am sure the kids had a great time creating such pretty Valentine crafts.

would you mind sharing how you made the flowers and wreath, or giving me the link? i remember from last year .... so cute! i also like your XO cards, what else are you doing with them?

Jeremi, I dont know of a link. I just added paint to coffee filters with a sponge. Once they were dry we crinkled them. Next added them to a Popsicle stick. Little Man added the XOXO to sicks too. I added a pic of them too.

Hope all is well and thank you all for posting.

I so love that statue of the Holy family..just precious...Wanted to comment also about the pics with your wee one and her tutu..oh how I loved them...when I was doing daycare (retired after 20 years,,working at Walmart now and loving that now)...I had one 3 year old that would layer the tutu's I had and when we would go outside for our walks and play time, she would wear them outside. Sometimes she had about 6 of them on..and let me tell ya,,they looked absolutely gorgeous on her,,lol. I used to tell the mom that her daughter sure could coordinate an outfit with tutu's.
