After 9 days of illness I am happy to say we are on the path to good health. I am thankful for this. Even with a lingering cough and stuffy heads. Good health is something we all can take for granted. Believe me a round of the flu can remind you just how nice it is to feel well.
Now that my health and energy is climbing back up, I have loads of of choirs waiting for me. Laundry, spills, dishes, sticky floors, dirty toilets and more! With this my plans for Saturday will be cleaning, sanitizing and organizing. Cant wait to get back on track this coming week.
Here are a few photographs I captured of our sickly kids before the true UGLY flu set in. Once it set, just picture all of us piled on the couch with snot rags, fever, chills, aches, cups, cough drop wrappers and GERMS!
So yes, I will be cleaning ALL DAY! Thanks so much for the thoughts and prayers.
Blessings Catherine Anne

oh, poor babies. Health is something we absolutely take for granted. So thankful you guys are doing better. Our youngest caught a flu bug this week, too. No fun.
We had the flu this last week here at the Long house. I didn't get it too bad, luckily. The hubby got it bad! Then broke out in lots of cold sores after a night of a high fever. It was the craziest thing. We are all almost recovered. Not fun at all!
Please try to enjoy your weekend!
Blessings :)
The flu is such a nasty virus. Once one in the fam gets it, it's almost guaranteed that EvERyOnE will come down with it! Glad you're all on the mend though.
Good luck with the cleaning.
Glad to hear you are coming out of it. Our pollen count is HIGH right now...that time of year...and it really bothers the kids sinuses and chests. Two are on medication, one is holding her own, the third (knock on wood) is still in the clear. Praying that it is almost over :)
Hope all of the germs make there way through your family fast! Hugs and prayers.
I feel your pain girl!
It sheds so much sunshine on the everyday, everydays when you have been sick and you can't wait to get back to them.
Thankful you are all well!
I mean't to comment on your photography post about your upcoming homebirth session. That is so cool! I'm looking forward to hearing all about your experience with this!
Thank you Amanda:)
Oh no! :( So sorry you had the man old yuckies!
We have gotten through this year without having anything too bad. Praise God! I so want Noah to not be sick until atleast he is a year old.
Prayer to you!
