Remember Me?

I am running.
I am kickboxing.
I am lifting weights.
I am having fun with the Wii fit.
I am drinking loads of water.
I am eating healthy and I am feeling great!
Three weeks ago I decided to take back this area of my life.
I kicked the coffee and the junk.
Making time for myself, allows me to be a better me.
In this, I can be a better me to those around me.

yay! Thanks for the motivation! Amazing what a few weeks can do, eh? I've been overlooking myself while caring for others, when really what I need is to feel better in the process. Here i go...

I can certainly appreciate this. I, too, have dedicated some of my time lately to getting back into better health with running in the morning. I have set a goal for myself, namely to run my first marathon by next Spring. At 40 years old, and after having taken an exercise hiatus for about a year, this has proven quite the challenge. However, by committing myself to waking before sunrise, an added benefit has been spending quality quiet time in prayer with my blessed Lord. God bless! -Raul

Good girl! And, the wii fit is a blast of a way to get in shape. I don't have a coffee problem, but I struggle with giving up the diet cherry pepsi. :(
