Organized food cabinets with recycling/reusing

See the pasta but can't find the sauce? If you don't have what you need at your fingertips when you're preparing a meal, maybe it's time to clear the clutter. "An organized food cabinet makes your kitchen supremely functional... After seeing this in an old Family Circle Magazine I picked up at our local SOS store. I have been hooked on getting my cabinets organized. I went out to check on these tidy cabinet containers. The price per container ran around 20 dollars each. I'm sure you may find them more reasonable in some other stores but I couldn't find anything as great as this idea I'm about to share with you. My children absolutely love animal crackers. They now come in containers costing the same price as the bagged animal crackers. Knowing I could use them eventually. I kept them and have actually been using them in our craft zone. Seeing this article made a light bulb go off! (ding) The animal cracker containers. I have now cleared out my cabinets and have this wonderful storage for my food. Not only do I feel more organized but I also feel great about recycling/reusing. The article itself was recycled as well with me buying the stack of last years magazines for just one dollar at our local SOS store ( Spirit Of Sharing) The funds go to buy food for the hungry).... Think of all that was saved here...

Great idea about re-using containers instead of buying new ones!
