Allen came home with goats last Monday.
J named his buttercup and A named hers Honeysuckle. They have really enjoyed them. j goes out every morning to feed and play with them. They now follow him around when they are let out to graze. ABeth likes to groom them. Its cute how often she brushes their hair.
If any of you have experience with goats milk I would be extremely thankful to any info or pointers.. The chickens are growing. This fall they should be laying. We are looking forward to it.
Here is their home for now. We have a lot of painting left to do. I think the red it going to be cute and I am still thinking up a name to put on the coop sign.
If you have any ideas just send them on. Last but not least the garden is doing pretty well. Our tomatoes have not done good as I would have liked but I cant complain its been a pretty good season.
