Sunshine on my face~

......................... I love to see them run! With all there is to do sitting down lost in technology. Its refreshing seeing my children out and about pulling in all this exercise. Why cant exercise be this fun for me? right!!! Well I must up the exercise soon. I have to shed this sluggish weight gain somehow. For me as winter flows in so do the pounds. Almost hand and hand... I think I like baking way too much. Not only baking it but eating it too. hehe! But really getting out as we did this day its inspiring as we are walking and well sometimes running after the little ones, looking around at all the gifts of nature. These gifts are so beautiful they could only be made by our creator. Oh and I must add this ,the warmth of the sun on my face.... Ahhh it gives off a warm, secure recharging feeling that only the warm sun on crisp winter day can give. Here's hoping you too can find a few winter days that still allow you out in the fresh air and sunshine upon your face~
