~Spiritual Leader~

Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. 1 Corinthians

Therefore a man shall leave his father and his mother and hold fast to his wife, and they shall become one flesh. Genesis 2:24
Likewise, husbands, live with your wives in an understanding way, showing honor to the woman as the weaker vessel, since they are heirs with you of the grace of life, so that your prayers may not be hindered. 1 Peter 3:7
But I want you to understand that the head of every man is Christ, the head of a wife is her husband, and the head of Christ is God. 1 Corinthians 11:3
Fathers, do not provoke your children to anger, but bring them up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord. Ephesians 6:4
Likewise, wives, be subject to your own husbands, so that even if some do not obey the word, they may be won without a word by the conduct of their wives.1 Peter 3:1
We are blessed beyond with a wonderful spiritual leader. Thanking the Lord for Allen today.  I love you so much!

You write about love - yet you label it "faith"; which makes perfect sense.

"Peace to the brethren, and love with faith, from God [the] Father and [the] Lord Jesus Christ", Ephesians 6: 23.

When I was first married I struggled with a lot of those verses. But now, I love them. Because when we are walking by the Spirit, submission comes easier and has a positive connotation.
