Do you get out and enjoy a weekly stroll down the street? I hope so! I personally am not one to enjoy exercise. But, taking this walk a few times a week has been enjoyable for the whole family. We are not running a race, but its a start.There is much to gain taking time for a walk. Walking listening to my children laugh enjoying this beautiful view allows the stressful thoughts of the day to drift away, until all I'm left with are thoughts of simplicity. Peace, love and thankfulness to my Heavenly Father.

I love to take walks, it has been so hot here all summer up to 115 at times, so I haven't been able to go out since I have a newborn, but lately the mornings have been cool, and yesterday we went for a nice long walk! It felt so good. Love the pics of your little girl! So sweet!
LOVE! We too did get out for a walk recently. I took all the girls to go and fetch the mail and we walked up the street and back afterward to get some fresh air and exercise after being cooped up in a house of sickies for many days! Hope you all are managing to stay healthy!

love going for bike rides or walks. Also love just sitting outside watching Alex play and watching Avin in the stroller watching Alex!
I miss those little guy walks! However, I love it when I'm shuttling one around, just one - and we get that one-on-one talk time, the smile time. I miss those slow-down moments - am trying to find them - but don'think I will until soccer season is over:)
However, I did hear a bunch of laughter and brotherly bonding this morning - like God was raining blessings on me:)
