Oh Happy Day

We woke to sunshine.
After days of rain the sunshine was something to cheer about. With sunshine came clothes on the line.
Better yet, sheets on the line.
Clotheslines make me smile.
It is a time to enjoy the beautiful day.
Allowing my thoughts to drift while the children play around me.
On this day Sweet Pea giggled as she ran in the  sheets blowing in the wind.
Soon she caught the attention of her her brother and sister.
Before long we were all running and hiding in the clothesline.
My children keep me young.
Part of happiness is living in the moment.
This is another charm that allows me to feel most grounded and content.
After they wore me out I decided to grab my camera.
Here are a few photographs captured.
This is a day I felt overwhelmed with thankfulness. Thankfulness for my life.
To be married to my best friend with the gift to stay home and enjoy our children.
Thanking the Lord for this day that began with sunshine.
As he knew how much I needed it.
