I have a Sweet Pea that still adores her horses. In these photographs we are playing with her new birthday horses. They are galloping and jumping in the water.
I so enjoy listening to her stories filled with horses racing though the fields, up the mountains and into the creeks.
She whispers in her horses ear " You can do it gurl {girl}, I knowd {Know} you can. . Let's Go, gurl. Yaa Yaa" .
We still can not put our finger on why she loves horses this much?! No matter why or how, she does. There are rarely baby dolls or barbies with this girl, unless they are taking a ride on a horse.
You just never know who your child will be, or what they are going to enjoy. All I know is they are each different. Wonderfully different.
Sweet Pea, I love you so much it hurts. When I tell her this she often responds "Silly Momma, love not hurts. Love feels good.
She is right, love does feel good and it feels wonderful to love her. I think that is why it sometimes hurts. You know they are growing and one day will not be this same little person you have grown to love. So for now I am going to sit and I am going to laugh and I am going to listen. No matter what her age, she will always be my baby. As I tell them, even when you are 80~
Thanking the Lord for you, my little horse lover!

What fantastic pictures that truly capture the beauty (and her excitement and imagination) of the moment!
We, too, have a horse lover. I must admit, I have grown more fond of them through the eyes of my children :)
She is so cute! Seriously-- those eyes are incredible. No dating for that one! ;)
You got some beautiful pictures. And that quote... "Silly Momma, love not hurts. Love feels good." Could she BE any sweeter?! You're a blessed mama!
Gotta love our horse-loving baby girls!
So sweet! I love the photos!
Patty and Kimberly~ I love that you two also have a horse gal in your home. I remember this now from your past post. Thank you all for stopping in and taking the time to comment. Blessings Catherine
There is just something about little girls and horses....our daughter was the same way and for her 12th birthday we bought her a small pony/horse. He still lives here with us along with the horse she bout herself when she was 15.
Precious pictures!
Aww that is sweet. I guess her horses will hang around here as well. Thank you for stopping in, Kristin.
She is so cute. I've never been into horses, but my daughter loves to collect Bella Sara trading cards with my youngest sister. They trade them all of the time and have a binder with their cards.
Neat, I may have to look them up. I think my kids would love them.
