The Tiny Tan Egg~

Children and their excitement over the little things. It's purely refreshing. Sunshine girl really has this about her. I adore listening to her talk about treasures she noticed. Treasures that most of us would walk past without a second glance. As I have stated so many times, we would all be much happier if we looked at this world through the eyes of a child. I am reminded of this daily! On this particular day I had just gone out to take a few photos of our new goat Hitch. He received this name due to his  hitch in his gettie-up. He walks with a limp. Poor little guy. After getting a few decent photos of him I decided to check the coop for eggs. I was surprised to see this tiny tan egg waiting for me. I was surprised because we had already gathered them that morning. Knowing the kids would love this, I excitedly called for my Sunshine girl to come see. This truly could be a wordless Wednesday but wordless is just not for me.  By the way it's not Wednesday it's Saturday. Here's how it played out... The tiny tan egg~
I called for Sunshine with excitement~ She couldn't wait !

About this time Sweet pea decides to break away from the mud puddle wondering what the excitement was all about...
 
Sweet Pea then says " Egg me" Sissy Egg me... ( This is her way of asking to hold the egg) What a great big sister to help Sweet pea hold the tiny tan egg...

I couldn't leave without posting the picture of Hitch. He was the reason I had the camera with me in the first place. Pretty cute little guy Id say... I want to wish you all a wonderful Halloween, be safe have fun. Take loads of pics!!!
