Smoothie Love

Strawberry Grape Smoothie

This is a heathly treat

- 2 cups fat-free vanilla yogurt

  • - 1 cup of strawberrys
  • - ½ cups of grapes
  • - ¼ cups of milk
  • - 1½ cups ice cubes
  • Mix all ingredients in blender until smooth
You may also like~
Banana-Strawberry Fruit Smoothie Recipe
  • 1 banana
  • 6 strawberries
  • 1 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp.  milk
  • In a blender, process all the ingredients
  • until thoroughly mixed and serve.
Banana-Berry Fruit Smoothie
  • 1/2 pear, cored
  • 1/4 cup  blueberries or mixed berries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 1/4 cup water
  • 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp.  milk
In a blender, process all the ingredients
until thoroughly mixed and serve.
Banana-Orange-Strawberry Fruit Shake
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 banana
  • 6 strawberries
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp.  milk
  • In a blender, process all the ingredients
  • until thoroughly mixed and serve.

LOVE seeing other people use grapes in smoothies! I think they're one of the more under-appreciated smoothie fruits.

I'm going to have to try adding a bit of cinnamon next time I make banana-berry smoothies. Never thought of that! Thanks for the post; I love hearing how other people adapt recipes, so I can try their ideas out for myself!

Anytime I have grapes that are about ready to be tossed in the trash, I put them in a plastic bag and they go into the freezer. I do that with all my fruit that we can't eat before it turns into a science experiment! Then, I bring out the frozen fruit and toss it into the blender with some yogurt and OJ...yum!
