Strawberry Grape Smoothie
This is a heathly treat
- 2 cups fat-free vanilla yogurt
- Mix all ingredients in blender until smooth

Banana-Strawberry Fruit Smoothie Recipe
- 1 banana
- 6 strawberries
- 1 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp. milk
- In a blender, process all the ingredients
- until thoroughly mixed and serve.
- 1/2 pear, cored
- 1/4 cup blueberries or mixed berries
- 1/2 banana
- 1 1/4 cup water
- 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tbsp. milk
until thoroughly mixed and serve.
Banana-Orange-Strawberry Fruit Shake
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 banana
- 6 strawberries
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp. milk
- In a blender, process all the ingredients
- until thoroughly mixed and serve.

LOVE seeing other people use grapes in smoothies! I think they're one of the more under-appreciated smoothie fruits.
I'm going to have to try adding a bit of cinnamon next time I make banana-berry smoothies. Never thought of that! Thanks for the post; I love hearing how other people adapt recipes, so I can try their ideas out for myself!
Yes, I love grapes so much. Happy you could use this:)
Anytime I have grapes that are about ready to be tossed in the trash, I put them in a plastic bag and they go into the freezer. I do that with all my fruit that we can't eat before it turns into a science experiment! Then, I bring out the frozen fruit and toss it into the blender with some yogurt and OJ...yum!
